Veteran Board Member Retires from Sterling Construction

Sterling Construction (STRL) just unveiled an update.

Charles R. Patton, a veteran board member of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc., has announced his retirement effective September 1, 2024, from both the Board and his roles on the Compensation and Talent Development Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. The company has confirmed that his departure is not due to any discord and coinciding with his retirement, the Board will downsize from eight to seven directors. This change in the board’s composition was communicated publicly via a press release.
