Veru Inc. has decided to end its Sales Agreement with Jefferies LLC, effective September 3, 2024, under which it could sell up to $75 million in common stock. The company faces no penalties for this termination and will not be selling additional shares under this agreement. Since the agreement’s start, Veru Inc. sold over 1.3 million shares, generating $1.1 million in net proceeds.
