Gamelancer Media Corp., known as Vertiqal Studios, has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1 million through the sale of unsecured convertible debentures. These funds are earmarked for general working capital and to fulfill the company’s imminent payment obligations. The debentures offer a high-interest rate of 15% per annum and will mature in two years, with the option for holders to convert them into common shares at a predetermined price.
