Vertical Aerospace Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders to consider proposed amendments to the company’s articles of association. The EGM is scheduled for September 30, 2024, and will address changes including the adjustment of the period to convene an EGM, modification of the minimum notice period for general meetings, and alterations to director independence requirements. Shareholders as of September 16, 2024, are eligible to vote and may appoint a proxy if they cannot attend in person.
