Vertex Minerals Ltd. has secured firm commitments for a $3.77 million funding placement at $0.08 per share, aimed at advancing the Reward Gold Mine towards production and providing general working capital. The placement, managed by CPS Capital, includes the issuance of new shares and options, with the latter subject to shareholder approval. Funds from the placement will bolster the company’s capacity to progress their gold mining projects in New South Wales and support their sustainable, low-cost gold production strategy.
