Versus Systems Inc. has appointed Geoff Deller as their new Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect, and he will also serve as a consultant initially. Deller comes with a rich background in finance, having held positions such as President and Chief Investment Officer at Orinoco Capital and interim COO at Stardom Chance Productions. His diverse experience includes being CFO and Co-COO in the oral healthcare industry. At 43, Deller brings no conflicts of interest or familial ties to the company’s executive board and will receive an $8,000 monthly salary, open to adjustments.
