Versarien plc, the advanced materials engineering group, has announced a delay in their legal proceedings due to a lack of judicial resources, with the Employment Tribunal’s preliminary hearing rescheduled from its original date of 17 July 2024. The company has previously disclosed that no financial provision for potential liabilities has been made as the case is still in early stages. Updates on the outcome of the case management hearing will be provided in due course.
