Versarien PLC has sold its subsidiary, AAC Cyroma, a specialist plastics manufacturer, to Harper Bennett Limited for £550,000, payable in installments with asset retention as security. The sale aligns with Versarien’s strategy to concentrate on graphene technology development and reduce manufacturing commitments. CEO Stephen Hodge views the divestiture as key to the company’s focus on sustainable growth and industry leadership in advanced engineering technologies.
