Versarien PLC has sold its subsidiary, AAC Cyroma, a specialist plastics manufacturer, to Harper Bennett Limited for £550,000, payable in installments with asset retention as security. The sale aligns with Versarien’s strategy to concentrate on graphene technology development and reduce manufacturing commitments.
