Versamet Royalties Corp. ( (TSE:VMET) ) has issued an announcement.
Versamet Royalties Corporation has expanded and amended its revolving credit facility with Bank of Montreal and National Bank Capital Markets to provide up to $225 million in borrowing capacity, replacing its prior $100 million revolver and fully repaid $80 million term loan. The new facility consists of a $200 million secured revolving line plus a $25 million accordion feature, retains existing pricing tied to leverage, matures in March 2029, and had $45 million drawn as of March 4, 2026.
Management says the enlarged facility underscores strong lender support and enhances Versamet’s financial flexibility as it continues to grow its royalty and streaming portfolio. With an extended maturity profile, unchanged pricing, and additional headroom, the company believes it is better positioned to pursue accretive growth opportunities and sustain long-term value creation for shareholders in the precious metals royalty space.
