Verisure Plc ( (SE:VSURE) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Verisure has moved to strengthen its board as part of a planned governance transition, appointing Swedish technology and media executive Cecilia Beck-Friis as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect, and signalling its intention to add Unilever’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer Sam Kini following shareholder approval at the April 2026 AGM. The changes, which also see Patrick Healy of private equity owner Hellman & Friedman step down after 15 years on the board, are designed to deepen Verisure’s strategic capabilities in digital platforms, large-scale technology and information security as the company continues to expand its security services business across Europe and Latin America.
