Veris Limited has announced the issue of 1,250,000 performance rights under a new class of unquoted equity securities as part of an employee incentive scheme. These securities, issued on April 2, 2024, are currently not quoted on the ASX and are subject to a restriction on transfer until certain conditions are met. The move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to incentivize and retain its employees.
