Veris Limited Director Adjusts Share Holdings

Veris Limited (AU:VRS) has released an update.

Veris Limited has announced a change in the indirect interest of director Karl Paganin due to an off-market transfer of shares between two entities he controls, resulting in a reduced holding in one and an increased holding in another. Paganin’s controlled entities, Icon Holdings Pty Ltd and Poco Asino Investments Pty Ltd, now hold 12,142,794 and 7,378,700 fully paid ordinary shares, respectively, after the transaction valued at $0.058 per share.
