Veris Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on October 15, 2024, at 10am AEDT, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the adoption of the annual financial report and the Remuneration Report, as well as the election and re-election of directors. Shareholders registered by 4pm on October 11, 2024, are eligible to vote. The meeting will also address the approval of securities issuance under the Employee Securities Incentive Plan and the issuance of incentive performance rights to a named executive.
