Verde Agritech Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General and Special Meeting, where shareholders voted in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the appointment of new directors, directors’ remuneration, and the renewal of the company’s Stock Option Plan. Key outcomes included the appointment of Hannah Oh as an Independent Director with an overwhelming majority, as well as the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s auditors. Notably, a resolution regarding a directorship for Mr. Marcelo Duarte was not addressed due to pending approval from the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
