Verano Holdings Corp. is expanding its market share with the acquisition of The Cannabist Company’s operations in Virginia and Arizona, marking its entrance into the Virginia market and strengthening its presence in Arizona. The $105 million deal includes one cultivation and production facility and six dispensaries in Virginia, and adds two dispensaries to Verano’s Arizona operations.
