VEON Ltd. has announced its decision to delist from Euronext Amsterdam and consolidate its trading on Nasdaq, effective November 25, 2024. This strategic move aims to enhance liquidity and simplify reporting processes, as VEON positions itself as the largest Nasdaq-listed company headquartered in Dubai. Shareholders on Euronext Amsterdam can exchange their shares for American depositary shares through The Bank of New York Mellon.
