VEON Ltd. is entering a strategic partnership with Engro Corporation to manage telecommunications infrastructure assets in Pakistan, aligning with its asset-light strategy. This collaboration allows VEON’s Jazz to focus on digital services while enhancing connectivity and fostering growth in Pakistan’s telecom ecosystem. Engro will invest approximately USD 188 million and ensure repayment of USD 375 million in intercompany debt.
