Venzee Technologies Inc. has completed the acquisition of exclusive rights to e-commerce software from Digital Commerce Payments Inc. for $4.25 million, paid through the issuance of common shares. Additionally, the company has amended stock options and convertible debentures to adjust the exercise and conversion prices, following shareholder approval.
