Venus Metals Corporation Limited has reported a change in Director Matthew Hogan’s interests, with an acquisition of 12,243 ordinary shares through an on-market trade, valued at $673. Following this change, Hogan now holds a total of 3,730,056 ordinary shares, 2,500,000 options, and significant performance rights within the company. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported.
