Venus Metals Corporation Limited (AU:VMC) has released an update.

Venus Metals Corporation Limited (VMC) has confirmed its compliance with ASX Listing Rules in response to an ASX inquiry, particularly addressing the non-disclosure of two items which were not deemed materially price sensitive. The company highlighted that IGO’s withdrawal from a joint venture and the extension of a deadline for another due to a cash payment did not significantly affect its financial position or warrant immediate disclosure to the market. VMC also noted that these events did not result in a change in the price of its securities.
