Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc. has announced significant changes to its supervisory personnel, with the resignations of Ms. Li Yue and Ms. Shao Min due to other commitments, and the election of Mr. Zhang Changxi as the new employee representative Supervisor and chairperson of the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Zhang brings over 16 years of experience in audit and compliance to the role. Additionally, Ms. Li Xiaojuan has been nominated as a candidate for the position of a Shareholders’ representative Supervisor, pending approval at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
