Venus Concept Inc.’s board of directors has approved transaction completion bonuses for key executives, payable upon the successful execution of a strategic transaction that changes company control. These bonuses are subject to certain conditions, including the completion of the deal within a specified timeframe and the awardee’s active employment status. Recently, the board decided to extend the deadline to complete the change-of-control transaction by an additional year, while all other conditions of the bonuses remain unchanged.
