Venture Minerals Limited has initiated a Sale Facility for shareholders with less than A$500 worth of shares, providing a cost-free method to sell these ‘Unmarketable Parcels’ without broker fees. This move aims to reduce administrative costs by decreasing the number of small shareholdings. Shareholders who do not wish their shares to be sold must opt out by a specified deadline or purchase additional shares to increase their holdings.
