Venture Minerals Limited, soon to be renamed Critica Limited, has fully acquired the Jupiter Project by purchasing the remaining 30% from its joint venture partner, Merchant Ventures Pty Ltd. The acquisition involved the issuance of over 78 million shares, with a majority voluntarily held until at least March 2025. The company is advancing rapidly with plans to complete drilling at Jupiter, conduct metallurgical tests, and establish its maiden resource by year’s end.
