Venture Minerals Limited has announced a general meeting for shareholders to be held on 22 August 2024 at The Melbourne Hotel in Perth. Shareholders are invited to vote via proxy by 20 August 2024 and submit questions in advance via email. The agenda includes the election of directors Mr Tim Lindley and Mr Nick Cernotta, as well as the ratification of options issued to Mr Lindley.
