Venture Minerals Launches Share Sale Facility

Venture Minerals Limited (AU:VMS) has released an update.

Venture Minerals Limited has announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP Offer), allowing eligible shareholders to purchase up to A$30,000 worth of shares at A$0.019 each, aiming to raise A$1 million. Additionally, the company is introducing a Sale Facility for shareholders with ‘Unmarketable Parcels’ of shares worth less than A$500 to sell their holdings without broker fees. This move is designed to reduce administrative costs for the company while providing shareholders a cost-effective way to liquidate small share quantities.
