Venture Minerals Limited has launched an open share purchase plan (SPP) to raise up to $1 million, offering existing eligible shareholders the opportunity to buy new shares without transaction costs. The new shares are priced at A$0.019 each, with applications available from A$2,000 to A$30,000, potentially accepting oversubscriptions up to A$3 million. The offer, which commenced on July 10, 2024, is set to close on August 14, 2024, with new shares expected to trade on the ASX from August 21, 2024.
