Venture Minerals Director Increases Stake

Venture Minerals Limited (AU:VMS) has released an update.

Venture Minerals Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Timothy Gordon Armstrong Lindley, who acquired 5,263,158 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares for A$100,000. This transaction was part of the Tranche 2 Placement that was approved by shareholders on August 22, 2024. Following the change, Lindley now indirectly holds over 65 million shares and options in the company.
