Venture (SG:V03) has released an update.

Venture Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Chong Siak Ching to its Audit & Risk Committee and Nominating Committee, effective August 7, 2024. Ms. Chong, who joined the company’s board as an Independent Non-Executive Director earlier that year, possesses the requisite skills to contribute effectively to both committees. The committees’ composition includes a mix of independent and executive directors to ensure balanced oversight.
