Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. has filed an amended and restated offering document for its non-brokered private placement aimed at raising up to CDN$500,000. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is available to Canadian investors (excluding Quebec) and is exempt from the usual hold period. The funds raised will be used for operational costs, sales and marketing, hiring additional key personnel, and general working capital.
