Ventripoint Completes First Tranche of Private Placement

VentriPoint Diagnostics (TSE:VPT) has released an update.

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. has successfully completed the first portion of its non-brokered private placement, raising $300,000 through unsecured convertible debentures, which insiders also invested in. These debentures come with a 10% annual interest rate, convertible into common shares at predetermined prices, and include automatic conversion features under certain conditions along with warrant incentives.
