Ventia Services Group Limited ( (AU:VNT) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Ventia Services Group has called its 2026 Annual General Meeting for 21 May, to be held as a virtual-only event, and has released the notice of meeting, voting form and access details via its website and share registry. The agenda includes receiving the 2025 financial and sustainability reports, adopting the 2025 remuneration report, re-electing non-executive directors Jeff Forbes and Sibylle Krieger, and seeking shareholder approval to lift the non-executive director fee pool by $500,000 to $2.5 million from 1 January 2026, amid ongoing CEO succession planning following the announced departure of Managing Director and Group CEO Dean Banks later in the year.

The company is encouraging shareholders to participate online through Computershare’s meeting platform, where they can watch proceedings, vote in real time and submit questions, including to the external auditor. Ventia is also urging investors to lodge direct votes or appoint proxies ahead of the meeting to ensure strong engagement and governance continuity as it navigates leadership transition and board remuneration settings.
