Ventia Services Group Limited has cancelled 2,652,681 ordinary fully paid shares on 23 March 2026, following purchases made under its on-market share buy-back program. The cancellation reduces the company’s quoted share count to 821,164,586 shares and forms part of a broader capital management strategy aimed at returning surplus capital and potentially improving earnings per share.

The buy-back program, first announced at up to $100 million in February 2025, was subsequently increased to $150 million in August 2025 and further expanded to $250 million in February 2026.
