Ventas Bolsters Board and Governance with New Appointments

Ventas (VTR) has provided an update.

Ventas, Inc. has enhanced its board with financial heavyweights by appointing Theodore R. Bigman and Joe V. Rodriguez, Jr., both seasoned investment professionals, in a cooperation agreement with Land & Buildings Investment Management. Bigman joins the Investment Committee, while Rodriguez takes a seat on the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee. These strategic moves, aimed at strengthening the company’s governance and investment acumen, also come with a commitment from Land & Buildings to certain voting and standstill provisions, showing a forward-thinking approach to corporate collaboration that will last until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
