Theon International Plc’s majority shareholder, Venetus Limited, plans to sell approximately 3.2 million shares to institutional and qualified investors to enhance the free float and liquidity of Theon shares. This move aims to maintain Venetus and CHRE Investment Ltd’s combined shareholding above 75% of the company’s capital, with the placing being managed by Berenberg and UBS Europe SE.
