Vendetta Mining Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement from $275,000 to $350,000 due to high demand, offering up to 35 million units at $0.01 each, with proceeds aimed at working capital and project fees. The offering includes common shares and warrants, with CEO Michael Williams participating in the transaction, which is exempt from certain regulatory requirements.
