Vencanna Ventures Inc., a capital provider for cannabis ventures, has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2024, and expects to complete the necessary documents by October 25, 2024. The delay is due to the Company’s recent acquisition and the subsequent audit process, including purchase price adjustments and asset valuation reports, which are nearing completion.
