Astro Resources NL ( (AU:VMS) ) has issued an announcement.
Venari Minerals NL has reported a change in the interests of director Matthew James Healy following the forfeiture of 70,000 performance share rights. The forfeiture occurred because the applicable performance conditions were not met, resulting in the reduction of Mr Healy’s direct performance rights holdings.
After the change, Mr Healy no longer holds these performance share rights directly, while his indirect holdings through HS-Healy Pty Ltd remain unchanged, including ordinary shares, listed options and existing performance rights. The adjustment underscores the company’s adherence to performance-based equity incentives for executives, aligning director remuneration with the achievement of defined corporate milestones.
