Velox Energy Materials Inc. has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiration date of over 13.7 million common share purchase warrants until December 31, 2024. These warrants, part of a previous private placement, remain exercisable at a price of $0.144. This move aligns with Velox’s strategy to develop its high-value assets, including the NQV Project in Australia.
