Velo3D Appoints Darryl C. Porter to Expanded Board

Velo3D ( (VLDX) ) has issued an update.

Velo3D, Inc. expanded its Board from nine to ten directors and appointed Darryl C. Porter, an experienced executive and entrepreneur, as an independent director, effective immediately. Porter brings over 35 years of expertise in various fields, including licensing and intellectual property, and will serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. His compensation includes a monthly fee and additional payments for duties beyond normal responsibilities, along with indemnification provisions and expense reimbursements as per the Independent Director Agreement.
