Vela Technologies (GB:VELA) has released an update.
Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick, the Non-Executive Chairman of Vela Technologies, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 30 million ordinary shares, bringing his total ownership to approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 0.0085p per share. Vela Technologies, an AIM-listed investment company, specializes in early stage and pre-IPO investments in disruptive technology sectors.
