Vela Technologies Announces Major Shareholding Change

Vela Technologies (GB:VELA) has released an update.

Vela Technologies PLC has issued a notification regarding a major change in shareholdings, where Hamak Gold Limited, based in Tortola, BVI, has crossed a threshold, resulting in a change of their total voting rights to 11.61% from a previous notification of 12.78%. This change occurred on September 6, 2024, and Vela Technologies was notified three days later on September 9. The disclosure was calculated on the basis of nearly 19 billion ordinary shares issued by the company.
