Veidekke ASA ( (GB:0GF6) ) has shared an update.
Veidekke has secured a NOK 280 million design-and-build contract from Selvaag Bolig for the first phase of the S46 residential project at Sandsli, south of Bergen, covering three buildings with 96 apartments and a shared underground car park. The homes will be situated in a quiet, nature-close area with good access to light rail, shops and workplaces, and will feature a central community square with green and social spaces.
Construction is set to start in March and finish in December 2027, with the overall agreement encompassing 206 homes across four apartment blocks, six point houses and 15 terraced houses to be rolled out in stages based on sales. The deal, which is added to Veidekke’s fourth-quarter 2025 order backlog, reinforces its position in Norway’s residential construction market and extends a long-standing collaboration with Selvaag Bolig on multiple developments at Sandsli.
