Veidekke ASA ( (GB:0GF6) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Veidekke has been awarded a NOK 1.05 billion design-and-build contract by Hav Eiendom to construct the environmentally certified Fiskebrygga commercial building on Oslo’s Bjørvika waterfront. The project will deliver around 28,500 m² of office and retail space across seven floors and a basement, targeting BREEAM-NOR v6 Excellent certification and compliance with EU Taxonomy criteria.
Fiskebrygga is set to become a major office hub with capacity for up to 1,500 workplaces, featuring ground-floor food, beverage, and customer-facing spaces to help knit together Bjørvika, Vippetangen, and Kvadraturen. Construction starts in November with completion planned for autumn 2028, and the contract will strengthen Veidekke’s order book in the first quarter of 2026 while reinforcing its positioning in sustainable urban renewal projects in Oslo’s Fjord City development.
