Veem Ltd has issued a final director’s interest notice declaring that Ian Barsden ceased to be a director on June 30, 2024. The notice revealed that Barsden has an indirect interest in 53,571 fully paid ordinary shares of the company through a superannuation fund. No direct holdings were listed, and there were no interests in contracts reported.
