Veem Limited has announced the appointment of Angus Murnaghan as a new director effective June 7, 2024. Murnaghan holds significant interests in the company, with 50,000 fully paid ordinary shares through AWM Noms Pty Ltd and 325,000 shares via Aviato Investments Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder. No further relevant director’s interests in contracts were listed in the notice.
