Angus Murnaghan, a director of VEEM Limited, has increased his indirect holdings in the company by acquiring 25,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $1.33 per share through an on-market trade. This transaction, which took place on September 24, 2024, has raised his total indirect shareholding in VEEM Limited to 100,000 shares, while maintaining his existing holding of 325,000 shares through Aviato Investments Pty Ltd.
