VEEM Director Boosts Stake with On-Market Purchase

Veem Ltd (AU:VEE) has released an update.

Angus Murnaghan, a director at VEEM Limited, has increased his indirect holdings by acquiring 25,000 additional Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $1.758 each through an on-market trade, bringing his total holdings to 75,000 shares in one of his interest entities. There were no disposals reported, and the number of shares held in another entity remains unchanged at 325,000 shares.
