Veea Inc. has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The primary reason for this delay is the additional time required to complete the preparation and audit of its financial statements. The company anticipates filing the report within the extension period allowed by Rule 12b-25, though there is no guarantee it will meet this timeline. Veea has reported a significant decrease in revenue, from approximately $9 million in 2023 to $141,760 in 2024, largely due to a one-time income from technology licensing in the previous year. Cost of goods sold also decreased by 82%. These figures are preliminary and subject to change upon completion of the audit. The notification was signed by Allen Salmasi, the CEO, indicating ongoing compliance efforts.
