On May 13, 2025, Veea Inc. announced the acquisition of Crowdkeep, Inc., an AI-enabled smart spaces provider, to enhance its edge computing and AI-driven solutions. This strategic acquisition aims to integrate Crowdkeep’s IoT platform with Veea’s Edge Platform, strengthening Veea’s market position in hybrid edge-cloud computing and expanding its global market presence. The acquisition is expected to provide real-time data management and cybersecurity solutions for various sectors, benefiting Veea’s customers and stakeholders. Helder Antunes, CEO of Crowdkeep, will join Veea as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, driving sales and marketing activities.
